Andy Williams

Andy Williams brings a wealth of experience to the Personal Protection and Self Defence arena. Andy trained under Sifu Gary Payne at the RSDA (Realistic Self Defence Association) since the late 90's and was an Instructor at the RSDA from 2003 to January 2009 when the RSDA closed it's doors to public training classes.

NOTE: Gary Payne has wound up the RSDA and retired from providing Martial Arts to the public for personal health reasons and to pursue other business interests.

During his time as an instructor at the RSDA Andy instructed on numerous self-defence seminars from Womens Personal Safety through to Edged Weapons Seminars for both formal and informal organisations including other martial arts clubs.

A 'regular' at SENI Martial Arts conventions Andy was part of the RSDA Self Defence Demonstration team. Presentations at public conventions were also performed on behalf of NEST Management Services, Bytomic and YORK equipment suppliers.

Andy supplies his services to UKPST which provides Conflict Management and Personal Safety training to Public/Private Companies and Organisations. The UKPST services include 'Awareness Training', 'Tactical Communication Skills' and 'Body Language Assessment' and may include 'Adrenal Stress Training', then where appropriate 'Control & Restraint Training', 'Edged' and 'Impact Weapons Training'.

Before becoming a police officer Andy was a qualified adult and children’s fitness instructor in Milton Keynes.

Andy's Martial Arts Pedigree started in 1981. His specialist arts are: Sankukai Karate, Warr Garr Kung Fu, Ju Jitsu, Tang Soo Do, Shotokan and Kyokoshinkai.
